Provision

The God Who Provides

Day 4

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
— Matthew 6:33
Reflection

Worry is the noise of a heart that has forgotten its Provider. Jesus tells us plainly: put God's kingdom first, and every need will be handled by the Father who clothes the lilies and feeds the birds. Seeking first does not mean ignoring your responsibilities — it means ordering your life around God and trusting Him with the results. Your provision is tied to your priority. Chase Him, and provision will chase you.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I choose to seek You first today — before my fears, before my plans. Provide for my needs according to Your riches, and keep my heart at rest in You. Amen.

Action Step

Before making your plans today, spend the first moments in prayer and the Word.
