Day 11
"A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another."

Reflection
Jesus did not ask us to love one another the way we feel like loving — He set His own love as the standard. His love washed dirty feet, ate with outcasts, forgave betrayers and died for enemies. That is a high bar, and only one source can supply it: the love of God poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit. Every act of patience, kindness and forgiveness today is a small sermon about the God you serve. Love loudly, love practically.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, fill me with Your love so that I may love others the way You have loved me — patiently, generously, sacrificially. Amen.
